HON. BRIGIL REY G. LORONO

Born September 4, 1997, he hails from Barangay Gabi, Compostela, Davao de Oro and became the youngest member of the 19th Council as the President of Pambayang Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan. For the 20th Sanggunian, he is the Committee Chairperson on Sports and Youth Development.
