Turnover by our mother in the city, Mayor Lema P. Bolo, together with our MDRRMO Sir Crison Panio, the Floodlights and Flashlights to the Barangay Captains in 16 barangays in our city.

These Floodlights and Flashlights are funded by our Local Empowerment in the aim to help our barangays for fast response during disaster and rescue activities.
