Reclassifying the Portion of Lot No. 1406 from Agricultural to Residential

The Committee on Planning & Zoning tackled the proposed ordinance on reclassifying the portion of Lot No. 1406 from Agricultural to Residential located at Purok 2, Bagongon, Compostela, Davao de Oro, held at Barangay Bagongon, November 7.

The Committee’s head, Hon. Elmer Paul Bangcasan, holds discussions with the Committee Members Hon. Alan Calalas, Hon. Danny Pelegrino, and Hon. Jase Karl Ang together with the residents of Barangay Bagongon on the proposed legislation.

Also present in the said public hearing were BAPAPWOCO Representative Editha Ramos and the Barangay Council of Barangay Bagongon. The Committee also sought the help of the different LGU Compostela offices relative to the said reclassification of land.

November 7, 2023 | The Committee on Planning & Zoning of the Sangguniang Bayan of Compostela conducted a public consultation regarding the proposed ordinance to reclassify a portion of Lot No. 1761-B from Agricultural to Residential. The lot is located at Purok 1, Barangay Osmeña, Compostela, Davao de Oro.

The public hearing took place at the Barangay Hall in Osmena, Compostela, Davao de Oro. The hearing is being attended by the Committee on Planning & Zoning, which Hon. Elmer Paul Bangcasan heads. Other committee members present include Hon. Alan Calalas, Hon. Danny Pelegrino, and Hon. Harry Cabiling. Also present are the Barangay Council of Osmeña, residents, and concerned LGU Compostela offices. #sbcompostela
