Re-Agents and Chemical Donations

The Local Government Unit -Compostela, through its Municipal Agriculture Office (MAGRO), donated plant tissue culture re-agents and other chemicals amounting to 150K to the DDOSC Maparat Farm Tissue Culture Laboratory.

The Municipal Mayor, Levi S. Edbao, and the Municipal Agriculturist, Ms. Ginalyn Musong, personally handed over the tissue culture chemicals worth 150K to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Gloryjean C. Altamera; Program Head of the Agriculture Department, Dr. Jerald Anthony Esteban; Ms. Jonalyn Tordillo, and Mr. Petronio C. Sumatra Jr.

These re-agents and chemical donations from the LGU and MAGRO to the College will help the Agriculture Department and Production Services Division, especially the agriculture students, in their practical applications, thereby contributing to increased and efficient food production.
